- Who is it for?
This 30-Week course is ideal to progress from a Level 2 or intermediate welding skill level. You will be required to choose one welding process from Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), or Manual Metal Arc.
At Level 3 you will be required to produce high precision test pieces and be able to assess the quality of your welding via destructive testing techniques. A theory assessment will be completed via an online exam towards the end of your course.
Candidates who successfully complete this qualification can progress to another process at Level 3 or employment in the welding trades.

A Level 2 qualification in Welding or suitable experience.

Your work will be continuously assessed throughout the course and by one exam.
