If you are interested in becoming a chef our courses will help you develop your food preparation and cookery skills including a broad range of cookery processes. For those wishing to work in hospitality, our courses will give you the skills and techniques required to supervise a team, manage hospitality events and deliver a high level of service to guests and customers.
Students regularly win awards at local and national culinary competitions and undertake in-house competitions and workshops with employers from top restaurants and hotels.
Work placements also extend your industrial knowledge and prepare you for the workplace. Whether you are a school leaver looking to start a career or already working in the industry and want to develop your professional skills, we have full-time and part-time courses available.
We also have apprenticeships for Commis Chef and Production Chef.
