Sixth Form student wins prestigious film award

Eleanor won Into Space & Home category for over 13s at the Into Film Awards, at London’s Odeon, Leicester Square. Eleanor, who was presented with the award by actors Sophie Cookson and George Blagden, said: “I was really shocked. I’m absolutely delighted to have won this award and I really hope it will help me to move forward in the industry.” Her film, which lasts just over one minute and 30 seconds, sets the making of a cup of coffee in the home against the launch of a space rocket.
