Requirements A minimum of two GCSEs at grade 3 or above, preferably including Art or English. 

What will I study?

A broad introduction where you will gain skills and understanding of visual language across a range of disciplines - producing, photography, print, drawing and painting techniques, 3D design and textiles, as you build a portfolio of work. You will be expected to develop an awareness of past and current art and design practices and influences. 

Where does it lead?

These industries, which range from advertising to architecture and fashion to film, constitute one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK. Young British artists and designers are at the forefront of the world’s creative industries. To develop a career you will generally need to study further at university and maintain a portfolio of practice.
